Use Job Photos to keep site conditions, glass details, access constraints, damage, labels, and production references connected to the job instead of scattered across a phone or message thread.
Organize photos by scope
When a project has multiple scopes, add photos to the scope they describe. A lobby photo can stay with the lobby scope while upper-floor access photos remain with the relevant floor.
Good photo habits
- Capture enough context to identify the room, elevation, or opening.
- Use a clear caption when the reason for the photo is not obvious.
- Photograph labels or conditions that may affect film selection or installation.
- Avoid storing sensitive information that is not needed for the project.
Availability
Job Photos are included with Shop and are not included in the one-job demo. Demo accounts use the core Solo and Flex optimization workflow without Shop project features or settings.
