Combined project and production outputs

Prepare the right customer, material, cut-plan, and operator documents from the same job record.

One job, different audiences

A customer, purchaser, installer, and Film Handler operator do not need the same information. Combined outputs use the connected job as the source while allowing the shop to prepare the right document for each handoff.

Customer-facing output

Branded estimate packets can include scope pricing, taxes, charges, terms, and supporting information pages. Review the packet before sharing it.

Material and project output

Film Order output supports material purchasing, while project documents can keep customer details, selected films, measurements, scope information, photos, and planning context together.

Production output

Cut diagrams and window cut lists carry the saved plan to the crew. When Film Handler planning is used, the Film Handler Setup Guide reflects the job or scope, selected film, saved machine profile, and saved cut plan.

Final review

  • Confirm the correct project and scope.
  • Confirm the selected film and current saved cut plan.
  • Check customer-facing pages for internal-only notes.
  • Check production documents for the crew or operator who will use them.

Availability

Combined project and production outputs are included with Shop and are not included in the one-job demo. The demo includes the core cut diagram and window cut list available through Solo and Flex optimization.
