Plan allowances
- Solo: 25 included cut plans each month. They reset on the subscription anniversary date and do not roll over.
- Shop: Unlimited cut plans for normal shop use. Reselling, abuse, and automated runs are prohibited.
- Flex: No recurring base charge or included monthly allowance. Flex uses purchased cut plan packs.
Purchased cut plan packs
- Available in packs of 5 cut plans for $29 or 10 cut plans for $49.
- Existing Flex customers purchase additional packs from the Flex account page.
- One-time purchases that do not renew automatically.
- Purchased plans remain valid for 12 months, and your account shows the remaining balance.
- On Solo, purchased plans are used only after the included monthly plans are exhausted.
- Do not change your window sizes / job limit.
What triggers a new monthly cut plan
- Spends 1 monthly cut plan: Enter windows (and groups if desired) and hit Optimize / Build your cut plan.
- Does not spend a new monthly cut plan: Reopening the modal, changing roll size, switching modes, viewing options.
- Spends another monthly cut plan: Changing job inputs (add/remove windows, change dimensions, change quantities) and running again.
Canceling or switching plans
Solo and Shop subscriptions can be managed in your account or through Paddle. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. A switch from a paid subscription to Flex takes effect at renewal, and the app shows the effective date before confirmation.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. See Cancellation and Refunds for details.
