Adding windows + quantities

Fast entry tips and how to stay under the unique window sizes per job limit.

Use quantity instead of duplicates

If the same size appears multiple times, keep one row and increase quantity. This keeps jobs cleaner and avoids hitting limits.

What "window sizes / job" means

This is the number of unique size rows you can include in one cut plan. It is not the total number of panes.

Ways to split a large job

  • Group by floor (1st floor, 2nd floor)
  • Group by elevation (north/south/east/west)
  • Group by room type (offices, conference rooms, storefront)
  • Run separate cut plans for separate film types

Common input gotchas

  • Make sure width/height are entered consistently (don't swap them).
  • Round the same way every time (e.g., to the nearest 1/8").
  • Label groups clearly so the installer can match the plan to the job.
