"The plan waste looks high."
- Try multi-roll or film on hand roll planning so widths pair better.
- Check if a slightly different width matches your job mix better.
- Confirm window sizes are entered correctly and consistently.
"The plan suggests a roll width I don't carry."
- Use film on hand roll planning (Shop) and enter only the widths you stock.
- In other modes, select a roll width you actually plan to use.
"My installer is cutting differently than the plan."
- Use the cut diagram + window list as the standard operating procedure.
- Make sure everyone is measuring from the same edge and using the same sequence.
"I changed roll selection and it charged another monthly cut plan."
Switching modes or changing roll selection should not spend a new monthly cut plan. A new monthly cut plan is only spent when you change job inputs (windows, dimensions, quantities) and run again. If you see unexpected behavior, contact support.
