Prepare the packet
Apply the shop's branding, confirm the scope and total, then preview the complete estimate packet. Check that internal production notes are not presented as customer-facing copy.
Share when it is ready
Send the estimate by email, text, or a shareable link. The customer can review it online and submit an accepted or declined response.
Product boundary
This is a job-based estimating workflow for architectural film projects. It does not replace a full CRM, accounting platform, invoicing system, or payment processor.
Availability
Customer estimates are included with Shop and are not included in the one-job demo. Demo accounts are limited to the core Solo and Flex optimization workflow.
