# Film Order Sheet

Prepare film and width requirements from the individual physical rolls in current saved plans.

## What the Film Order Sheet prepares
The Film Order Sheet preserves the individual physical rolls in the selected plans. It reports required footage for each physical roll and calculates a minimum order length rounded up to 25-foot increments for each standard physical roll.
## How purchasing requirements are organized
 - Requirements are grouped by film and width.
- Assigned Scopes and Groups identify where the material is used.
- Standard plans longer than 100 feet are divided into individual physical rolls.
- Manually excluded windows are flagged.
## Film on Hand and Finish Remaining
Entered Film on Hand rolls are excluded from purchasing requirements. When Film on Hand is insufficient, only the standard physical rolls created by Finish Remaining are included for purchase.
## Plan currentness
Before generation, Precision Film Systems checks for missing or stale required plans. The workflow refreshes eligible plans or blocks output when required instead of silently using invalid planning data.
## Verified format and availability
The Film Order Sheet is a generated letter-size PDF available with Shop. It can cover purchasing requirements across the selected project Scopes.
## Purchasing boundaries
Precision Film Systems prepares roll-aware purchasing requirements. It does not place the order or determine:
 - Supplier packaging or which full-roll lengths a supplier currently sells
- Supplier stock availability or lot matching
- Tint direction requirements
- Spare or contingency allowance
- The final supplier or purchasing decision
Review the Film Order Sheet against current supplier information and the shop's job requirements before purchasing.
